MENTORSHIP SCHEME
BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN ACADEMIA AND CAREER
EFS is proud to host our annual Spring Week Mentorship Scheme, the first of its kind at King’s! Students are matched with a mentor who has previously completed a summer internship and a buddy who has received multiple spring-week offers. The 20 selected mentees will receive continuous support from them throughout the application process. Mentees also receive opportunities to attend events, as well as access to a range of exclusive resources such as application trackers and guides designed to help them succeed in getting Spring Weeks at top firms such as Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey and many more!
Additionally, we will expand the mentorship scheme this year to incorporate support for spring week conversion and help mentees secure a summer internship in their first year of university!
Note: Students on four-year degrees are welcome to take part in the mentorship programme in their first or second year of university*

MENTORS
Our 40+ mentors/buddies are from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. They managed to break into the competitive field both from economics/ finance degrees and non-finance degrees - with experience and offers from 50+ distinguished firms.
