King's Economics & Finance Society is thrilled to announce an exciting evening with Houlihan Lokey, a boutique which has been names number one among other banks in its class for the last 10 years. Join us for an exclusive opportunity to delve into the world of investment banking, with three MDs across the divisions of the firm.
The panel will see Manuel Martinez-Fidalgo (EMEA Co-Head of Restructuring), Anthony Forshaw (European Head of Capital Markets), and Jeremy Low (European Head of Oil and Gas).

Since joining the firm in 2003, Manuel Martínez-Fidalgo has advised on a broad range of financial restructuring, distressed, and litigious engagements globally, working for debtors, creditors, shareholders, and new money providers in both in-court and out-of-court processes.

Antony Forshaw has helped lead some of the largest ever LBOs executed in the EMEA region as well as some of the largest infrastructure transactions arranged in Europe, serving as left lead and advising on more than €70 billion worth of financings.

Jeremy Low has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, and has advised on more than $20 billion of transactions over the past five years, including Chrysaor’s reverse takeover of Premier Oil to create Harbour Energy, London’s largest listed independent oil and gas company with a market capitalisation of c. $4 billion.

During this session, we will delve into the panelist’s careers, their tenures at Houlihan Lokey, and the intricacies of the different investment banking divisions. Additionally, we will discuss the guidance he can offer to aspiring investment banking professionals, providing insights into the life at one of the world's well respected boutique firms.
