About the Event

KCL EFS is delighted to host Manolo (Manuel) Falco, who is the Global Co-Head of Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory at Citi. Mr. Falco will also be joined by Citi's Early Careers Team, so if you are interested in a career at Citi be sure to attend this event.// Mr. Falco boasts considerable investment banking expertise, having worked in the industry for more than 30 years, largely within M&A. After joining Citi in 1998 in the Madrid office, Mr. Falco quickly ascended in seniority, holding roles including Country Officer of Spain, Head of Banking in Iberia and EMEA Head of Corporate & Investment Banking. In 2018, Mr. Falco was then promoted to Global Co-Head of Citi's BCMA sector, where he currently leads Citi's Corporate & Investment Bank globally from the London Office. 

In this talk, we will discuss Mr. Falco's early career and his journey through Citi, as well as the advice he has for aspiring bankers. We will also explore how Investment Banking at Citi will change going forwards after the bank's recent restructuring, and the key trends he sees in the industry going forwards .
