King’s Economics and Finance Society is delighted to invite you to our event ‘In Conversation with Jesse Norman’, Conservative MP for Hereford and South Herefordshire!
We are proud to host another event with Jesse Norman, an Oxford graduate who went on to study for his masters and doctorate at UCL. Before entering politics, Mr. Norman was a Director at Barclays and a lecturer in philosophy at UCL. He is also a well-established author who has written many books in the fields of economics and politics.
Jesse Norman has been an MP for 10 years and during that time he has occupied a range of Cabinet positions and is currently serving as Financial Secretary to the Treasury.
At this event, Mr. Norman will be answering questions from the audience on a variety of topics, including his insights into economist Adam Smith and philosopher Edmund Burke, as well as general Conservative philosophy, and his brief at HM Treasury.
Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity to ask Jesse Norman your questions and get his insights - We look forward to seeing you there!
